The
start point of this both attractive and interesting horse
riding is the Altos del Lircay National
Reserve or Alto Vilches, located in the Maule Region,
Talca Province (VII Region), San Clemente Commune.
The
zone is characterized by the presence of native woods, where
we can find: lengas, raulíes, cypresses, radales,
coigües, hazelnuts trees, peumos, oaks and the hardworking
woodpeckers.
Departures : December to May

any special training or physical condition.
1st day Santiago - Altos del Lircay National Reserve
8:30 a.m.Pick up and transfer of passengers from the hotel
in Santiago to Altos del Lircay National Reserve, Talca,
VII Region
We
will cross typical towns of the central zone and vines and
fruits sectors to reach the Altos del Lircay Reserve, where
we can find oaks, arrayanes and radales woods.
The
first day we will ride to the Enladrillado sector, an impressive
geological formation from where we will see The Venado Valley,
The Big Descabezado Volcano, and the Blue Hill.
When we arrive to the camp we will enjoy a delicious dinner
and cocktail. We will camp in a camping sector with bathrooms,
hot water, tables and seats.
Round
Horse Riding Time: 5 hours.
2nd
day Trekkingtour/ Return to Santiago
During
the morning we will make a short walk (1 hour) to enter
into the woods of oaks, radales, arrayanes, etc. We will
walk through Piedra de Amparo and Mahuida paths, where we
will see a coigüe tree of more than 500 years-old.
Lunch and return to Santiago
