Punta Arenas – Torres del Paine (lunch) - 6 hours
Morning pick-up at your Punta Arenas hotel.
Drive to Puerto Natales.
Lunch.
In the afternoon we enter Torres del Paine National Park where we have great viewing of guanaco and rhea.

Trekking Valle Ascencio (breakfast, lunch) - 8 hours
Today we ascend Valle Ascencio to the very base of the granite Towers of Paine.
It is a beautiful hike through the steppe and Southern Beech forests to the alpine glacier and its tarn beneath an incredible vertical world of ice and granite.
The views are spectacular.
Return to camp in the evening. |

Trekking Camp Los Cuernos (breakfast, lunch) - 4 hours
After breaking camp, we trek to Refugio “Los Cuernos” along the lago Nodenskjold. right in front of the famous "Horns" of Paine (the Cuernos).
After hiking we make our campsite. |

Valle del Francés – camping Pehoé (breakfast, lunch) - 6 hours
In the morning we will trek along Lago Skottsberg. Here we have terrific views of Paine Grande and the famous turbidite tipped towers of the Cuernos.
We continue to the mouth of Rio Frances and hike up Valle Frances , directly below the Frances Glacier to the British camp between the granite walls of Fortaleza , the Cuernos, and Paine Grande.
Avalanches from the Francais Glacier keep us mesmerized while views of the Southern Patagonia Icecap are amazing.
Return to Pehoe camp. |

Hike Glaciar Grey (breakfast, lunch) - 8 hours
Today we hike to the edge of the Grey Glacier through a temperate rainforest that clings to the mountains steep sides.
Such lush vegetation next to the ice and below the steep summit of Paine Grande is a unique environment.
Often we are treated to the sight of the magnificent Magalenic Woodpecker or the incredible explosions of calving ice!
Return to camp. |

Torres del Paine – Puerto Natales – Punta Arenas (breakfast)
Returning by boat across Lago Pehoe, we traverse along the south shore of Lago Nordenskjold with fantastic views of the whole Paine pluton.
Windswept water on the exposed lake sometimes creates 500 foot waterspouts.
Public bus meets us and carries us on through guanaco breeding grounds then south to the picturesque town of Puerto Natales , on the shores of the famous Last Hope Sound . and transfer to a modern public bus for the return trip to Punta Arenas |
