Located
at the Altos del Lircay National Reserve,
the VII Region, 60 km. from Talca away, this region is characterized
by the abundance of native woods that can amaze us with
the existence of plant species like: oaks, radales, lengas,
arrayanes and woodpeckers.
We
will visit the "Laguna del Alto",
formed by an extinct crater, and the marvelous Venado
Valley.

physical condition and the disposition to make efforts on
the field.
1st
day Santiago - Altos del Lircay National Reserve
8:30
a.m. Pick up and transfer of passengers from the hotel in
Santiago to Altos del Lircay National Reserve.
Here,
we will start a short trekking through the wood's path:
Mirador de Antumahuida and Piedra de Amparo, during the
trail we will be able to see a 500 years Coigüe.
Trekking
Time: 1 hour.
2nd
day Enladrillo zone
Trekking
to the Enladrillado zone, a strange geological formation
from where the Venado Valley and the Big Descabezado Volcano
can be seen. We will cross lenga, oak and coigüe woods.
Later, we will cross the Peine Hill to get to the "Laguna
del Alto", situated inside an extinct crater.
Round
Trekking Time: 8 hours.
3rd
day Return to Santiago
Free
morning to take the last pictures and rest. Return to Santiago.
Arrival
to Santiago at 7PM
